What did I start? I’ve been getting plenty of e-mail asking me questions about what I spoke about on yesterday’s program!

I think I’ve started a lot of my listeners buzzing with ideas about what is possible with a blog and a couple of accounts on the social networks.

How You Can Make $175K (or More!) This Year!

January 26th, 2009 Robert Imbriale No comments

$175,000.00 Think about it. What do you think it would take for you to make that amount of money in 2009? The answer might surprise you.

Speaking with a client of mine last week, we played around with some numbers for a new audio program he is about to launch. His goal was to make a simple $175,000.00 in 2009 with this program.

I’m out of my office this week on a short break before starting out the New Year. During my travels, I typically stop off at this one clothing retailer when I’m up this way. I like what they have to offer and their clothes are the perfect thing for just hanging out.

To my dismay, I walked into this store yesterday and saw only two or three racks of left-over clothes in an otherwise empty store. There were signs announcing magnificent savings on everything, but not one saying they were closing up shop.

How to Get Help Now

January 5th, 2009 Robert Imbriale No comments

Now that you know things are going to be very, very different this year than they have been in years past, what are you going to do about it?

You can’t go forth thinking that you’ll just keep doing what you’ve done and hope to get better results. You know better than that.

So what’s your plan?

Close up shop and wait for calmer seas?

Find creative solutions to get more people to buy from you?

For the most part, the vast majority of small business owners simply cross their fingers and wait for customers to wander in the front door.

I’m away from my office this week, and was sitting in a store chatting with the owner about her plans for the New Year. Her answer?

She had no idea and was simply waiting to see how tough things would get.

That’s not an answer!

A better, smarter approach is to improve your marketing skills. To find better ways of getting inside a prospect’s head by understanding how they make a buying decision.

Then, take that knowledge and put it to use in every marketing piece, every e-mail message, every communication you have with any prospect anywhere.

If you don’t yet know how to get inside your customer’s head, listen to this audio program I’ve got for you here:

http://www.MoreWebSalesNow.com/mm

As an interesting side note, interest in my book, Motivational Marketing is going up as more and more business owners realize that doing what they’ve always done in this economy simply isn’t going to be enough. They know they need an edge, something that will make their marketing message stand out, and they are smartly turning to Motivational Marketing. http://www.MotivationalMarketing.com

Finally, I’m also planning to take things to a whole new level this year, and you’ll start to see more on this in the coming weeks, with new programs, seminars, teleseminars, and media appearances I’ll announce in this newsletter.

Right now, go get your copy of the hour-long audio program I’ve prepared for you and discover how your prospects are thinking as
they decide to buy from you.

Knowing this information will make navigating the months ahead a whole lot easier for you, I promise. Not understanding how your customers think and simply hoping you’ll make more sales this year is nothing but pure folly.

Here’s the link again: http://www.MoreWebSalesNow.com/mm

Go get this audio, listen to it, and apply what I share with you because it is the way to make it through, and make it through in
style!

Be outstanding!

Will You Shine in ‘09?

December 29th, 2008 Robert Imbriale No comments

Get this newsletter via RSS: Click Here to Find Out How

Will you “shine in ‘09” or will this next year just be yet another year of struggle for you?

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and planning over this past week and I’ve come up with a ton of new plans and better directions for my company in the new year.

While many people are just hoping to make it through the rougher times ahead, I’m actually looking at expanding and growing my business in 2009!

Now you might think I’m nuts, and you are entitled to your opinion. If on the other hand, you want to know how to grow your business in the coming year, please keep reading.

The first thing to know is that you’re not going to be able to do it on your own. It’s going to take a new level of thinking to make 2009 a better year for you.

Doing what you’ve done in 2008 simply won’t cut it in 2009. So the first place to start is by looking for somebody who can help you think “outside the box.”

Next, you’re going to need to do much more to get the same results you’ve been getting. In other words, what you did to make one sale in 2008, will require that you do 3 times as much to make that same sale.

And there are ways around this, but not if you’re going at it with the same set of skills you now have. You’re going to need to improve on your marketing and selling skills, and it’s a great idea to tap into somebody else’s knowledge, skills, and experience to get you where you need to be fast.

Finally, in 2009, the marketplace will continue to change dramatically. The very way you approach your customers is changing, new technologies are literally making the tried-and-true obsolete and you must stay on top of these changes in order to successfully navigate the changes that are here now and that are coming in 2009.

One of my favorite past-times is to review all the next generation technologies and to play with them as soon as they are available. This has kept me on top of it all for more than 2 decades.

But all that knowledge won’t buy tomorrow’s cup of coffee unless it is put into action, shared, and acted upon. This is why so many of the business owners I work with absolutely love what I do for them.

Not only do I help them to think outside the box, I can see things they could never see. With my undying passion for what’s new, what’s working, and what’s coming next, they can stay on top of the changes that are coming our way.

And they profit from them before the masses have even heard of their existence, and at the end of the day, my clients are more successful, wealthier, happier, and much more secure than 97% of all business owners.

What sets my clients apart from the “average” business owner is that they know and understand that they can’t build a successful business and at the same time be watching for new trends and technologies as they appear.

There is a reason they have me on their team, as part of their advisory staff, and as their primary success coach. The reason is because what they get from me is worth many times what they invest in hiring me.

While I can’t predict the future, what I can say is that I’m truly excited by what this New Year will bring. I’m looking forward to the new challenges ahead, and to finding new and powerful solutions that will overcome most any obstacle.

I want you to know that as we go forward into the New Year, I’m going to be right here on top of everything that’s happening, and I’ll be crafting new and better solutions for my clients so that they too can prosper while so many others will simply struggle just to keep the lights on.

If you’d like to add me to your success team in 2009, there are two ways for you to do that – both of them are highly affordable.

What’s Your Plan for Success?

November 18th, 2008 Robert Imbriale No comments

Look at the calendar today. Do you see just how close we are to the end of this year? It’s usually right about this time that people start to look back and wonder just what happened to the year.

Time does indeed fly by fast when you’ve got things going on in every direction, but how much of all the busy-ness has really resulted in creating the kind of financial success you’d been hoping for this year?

Think back to January of this year and to all the goals and plans you had for the New Year. Did you hit most of them? Some of them? Not even one of them?

What will you do differently this time around? Here are some things to consider:

First, doing what you’ve done is not going to result in getting much more than it’s gotten you in the past. So you know you need a new approach, some new ideas, and maybe some additional motivation.

Where do you start? Who can you turn to for answers? And, how can you justify the expense?

Start with understanding that you can’t do it all alone. There are just too many skills you would need to master, and there aren’t enough years in your lifetime to become great at all of them. So you need to enlist some help.

In my case, I’ve had the most success in both my business life and also in my personal life using two resources. Early on in my career, when I didn’t have any money, I’d invest in tapes and CD’s from speakers who had answers. Before long, I had hundreds of these programs and would listen to them anytime I was in the car.

I literally got an advanced education while sitting in traffic to and from my day job!

When I had more money, I started to attend seminars. Back then there weren’t many teleseminars out there, so I attended seminars that usually required me to travel, sometimes clear across the country!

The next level for me was hiring a coach. That allowed me to take the knowledge I’d gained from the tapes and seminars and really begin to put it into action in my life. I was hooked because I saw such vast improvement in every area of life, including in my business.

I’ve had as many as 6 coaches at one time, and never have fewer than 2 that I work with at any given time. When I look back at my life, I can honestly say it’s not yet perfect, but you would not even recognize me today if you knew me just 10 years ago. I’ve made so many incredible strides forward a lot faster than I would have otherwise had I tried to do it all alone.

What about you?

Are you making great strides forward? Have you seen measurable progress in your business since January of this year? What are you planning to do differently that will get you on the path to success?

Here are some suggestions for you.

1- Home Study Programs

If money is tight, invest whatever you can in some home study programs. But don’t just invest in them, take the CD’s out of the wrapper and slip them into your CD player and play them.

Make this a habit. To this day, in my car, there are these kinds of CD’s and I do listen to them about 80% of the time I’m in the car. There’s a reason why my knowledge base continues to expand and why I’m more and more successful each and every year.

Have a look at the programs I’ve got on my freshly updated site:

http://www.UltimateWealthStore.com

2- Live Seminars

If want more of a hands-on experience, enroll in at least one seminar, teleseminar, or workshop before the end of the year.

This is one step up from the pre-recorded programs and will likely require a larger investment, but the results are typically faster and the learning more profound when you can surround yourself with like-minded people.

My next live event is coming at the end of March 2009.

The details are here:

http://www.MotivationalWealth.com

3- Personal Coaching

The next level up is, of course, getting a coach who will work with you on the things that YOU want to accomplish in your life. I prefer a non-scripted coach, in other words, a coach who does not follow a pre-defined “program” but who can use their own gut feelings and intuition to guide and advise me.

I have just one slot open today for coaching. To apply, we set up a complementary call together and we literally interview each other to see if we’d enjoy working together. If we decide to work together, we’ll create a coaching program that works with your schedule and help you get to your goals in the shortest possible way.

If you’d like to set up a complementary coaching session with me, simply send me an e-mail at robert@ultimatewealth.com and put the word “coaching” in your subject line.

The Year 2009

So what will the New Year be like for you? Better than 2008? Will you begin the business you’ve been thinking about for so long?

Will you hit your first million dollars in sales in 2009?

Are you ready to step up to the plate and take back control of your life so that you do hit your targets more consistently in the coming months and years?

Here’s my hope for you. I sincerely hope that you take a moment right now to consider what it is that you really want out of life. Then figure out which steps you are willing and able to take to move yourself towards those goals.

If I can be of service to you, I’d be happy to help out where I can. You’ve got my e-mail address, you now know what I’ve got to offer you, and it’s up to you to decide to take advantage of it.

Personally, 2009 will be my best year yet! Care to join me?

Be outstanding!

Are you making this mistake?

November 13th, 2008 Robert Imbriale No comments

How is your business doing? I mean really, are you getting what you want out of your efforts? Are you making the kind of progress you really should be making?

I’ve got a few things I want to share with you today about your business and how to get more out of it, starting today.

You may know that I spend a great deal of time on the phone with business owners from all walks of life. I coach business owners who are brand new to the world of business, and I speak with seasoned veterans, some of who have been running successful businesses for 30 years or more.

I know what it takes to make a business succeed and I know how to get from wherever you are today to where you want to be tomorrow.

There are truly few real secrets to all of this. Most of what you need to know is already within your grasp, but so too is so much of what you don’t need, and that is why so many would-be multimillionaire business owners never get anywhere.

What I really do for people, more often than anything else, is help them to see their way through the clutter. I help them to pick and choose the ideas, tools, and strategies that will help them the most.

What’s interesting to watch, from my perspective, is just how quickly my clients turn things around. If you’ve ever wondered what you’re doing wrong, or why you’re not moving forward faster than you are, my guess is that you’re simply in need of an outside view of what you’re doing.

When you’re stuck, it simply means you need a new perspective on things, and that’s where having somebody with experience on your team can make all the difference.

I’ve seen many cases where all that was needed was a fresh viewpoint to turn things around, and when that happens, things improve fast.

Here’s the way I like to look at it. When a major corporation is having trouble, what they do is get rid of the CEO. Why do they do this? They do it because they need somebody in that position with a new vision, a fresh perspective.

We do it in government every 4 years. But where you can’t really do this is in your own business. Are you going to fire yourself? Not likely. So what can you do instead?

The best thing you can do is to hire a coach. Yes, invest the money, and get a fresh perspective on what you’re doing so that you can get past any and every block that has been keeping you from creating the kind of success you really want.

What do I know about this? Well, I’ve had as many as 6 coaches working with me, and always have at least 2 working with me on different areas of my life. This keeps me moving forward, and it keeps me on track for creating a more successful business.

When I discovered this “secret” back in 1995, I was amazed at just how powerful an idea it really was. I hired my first coach not that long after that and have never been without one since that day!

If you’ve got money issues, lack of sales, marketing challenges, web site issues, product issues, direct mail challenges, and just about any other kind of challenge you could imagine, I can be of great assistance to you.

But, I don’t just take on anybody and everybody because I choose only to coach 5 business owners at any one time.

Right now, I have just 2 openings for new coaching clients. I have several coaching options for you to choose from, but we begin with a complimentary coaching session first.

I do this because I want to get to know you and I want you to get to know me too. If we both like working with each other, then we can work out the details at that time.

Let me do what I do best and help you get into the New Year on track and ready to make 2009 your best year yet!

And if you think that can’t happen, you’ve simply not had the pleasure of working with a professional coach with more than 2 decades worth of business, marketing, sales, psychology, and law of attraction training.

Any goal you have is possible, but going it alone is not the way to get there. You’re going to need some guidance along the way, and I’m one person you can turn to for help.

If you’d like to schedule a complimentary coaching session, simply send me an e-mail at: robert@ultimatewealth.com

Be sure to put the word “Coaching” in your subject line and include your name and phone number in your e-mail. I’ll send you my available times so we can meet on the phone and I can help you dominate your market in 2009!

Now is the time to get started, and I’ve got just 2 open spaces at the moment, so e-mail me now!

Together, we’ll create success in 2009!

Be outstanding!

The problem with building a successful business is…

September 19th, 2008 Robert Imbriale No comments

There are few real secrets when it comes to building a successful business. Yet when I meet so many would-be successful business owners, I hear stories and tales of how things just aren’t “working out” for them.

These days, it’s even harder for many business owners to get to that point where money is no longer an issue.

You might think that marketing is the answer, yet more often than not, marketing alone doesn’t help all that much. In fact, many times adding more marketing to the mix simply messes things up even more.

And building your business alone is always a disaster. While you may think you can figure all this stuff out by yourself, when you look at the bigger picture, at best, you’ll be mediocre at most of what you try to accomplish.

So what’s the answer? A big part of the answer is creating your team of both advisors and experts. You need to have somebody looking in on what you’re doing, not to judge you, but to help keep you on track. And you also need experts on your team to accomplish tasks 100 times better than you ever could by doing it yourself.

If you’re serious about your business, and you’re ready to take it to next level, this is a step you must take. You’ve got to get some outside help.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading recently about all these new “Web 2.0″ social networking businesses, and every single time, they have built a team around them. No wonder they are changing the Internet as we know it and getting bought out for Billions of dollars in the process.

If you think about it, many minds are always better than just one at solving any problem. So what can you do today to start building your team?

Make your wish list. On the list, write down the names, or at least the titles, of the people you’d most like to have on your team.

My list looks like this:

- Public Relations Person
- Event Organizer for my seminars
- Product Manager for my new and existing programs
- Personal Assistant to manage my schedule and office

These are people I’m actively seeking, so if you have any ideas on who you might recommend to help fill some of these positions, please do let me know.

What does your list look like?

Do you need help from a business professional to help you design and create a business that will give you the kind of lifestyle you really want?

How about some help with your marketing?

Maybe you just need a hand picking a business that you’d really enjoy.

Whatever it is, you can let me know right now, and I’ll have a look at my list of resources to see who I might be able to refer to you. Make your list, then send it to me at robert@ultimatewealth.com

Just put the words “My List” in your subject line so I know to look at your message and I will.

I’m here to help you get what you want, all you have to do is let me know what that is.

Have a great weekend!

Be outstanding!

P. S. Remember to send me your list, even it’s on the weekend because I will be checking my e-mail this weekend! Send it to robert@ultimatewealth.com and put the words “My List” in the subject line.
